A letter to Hans Zimmer

Dear Mr. Zimmer,

Can you please change up your sound a little? Everything you compose sounds like Pirates Of The Caribbean. It was a good theme, don't get me wrong. Its just that it gets old when it carries over into all your other movies. I'm pretty sure that Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark, the security guards in Vantage Point, and the prince of Persia weren't part of Davey Jones' crew.

Feel free to keep working with James Newton Howard and John Powell, though. They'll help you get some new twists.

On a different note, nice job with Sherlock Holmes and Curious George. Sherlock Holmes had a good "old sound" to it, but it was still intense. And bringing Carbon Leaf into the Curious George soundtrack was a good move. I do give respect points for that.

So really, just leave the Pirates theme with them. Thanks a lot.

Sincerely,
Addie
